Returns and Refunds Policy
Please read them before your purchase.
Refunds
You may request a refund within 15 days from the date of delivery, provided that the jewelry is unworn, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging.
Before proceeding, please contact us first so that we can coordinate the return process.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-8 business days.
Please note that the refund will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected by us.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
You may exchange your product within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that it has not been worn and remains in its original condition and packaging.
Exchanges can be made for any other product of equal or higher value.
Before proceeding, please contact us first, so we can properly arrange the exchange process.
The cost of an exchange αφορά only the shipping fees.
Once the exchange has been confirmed (either by phone or in writing), we will ship the new product you have selected.
All exchanges are carried out via Box Now, as it is the fastest and most efficient method.
Shipping costs, as well as any price difference between products, will be calculated after communication and confirmation.
*Exchanges are not available for earrings due to hygiene reasons.
