Returns and Refunds Policy

Please read them before your purchase.

Overview

Meraki makes only refunds, not returns, for health reasons.

Refunds

Meraki’ policy lasts 4-5 days. If 4-5 days have passed since you’ve received your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your jewelry piece must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your refund, i need a receipt and an image – proof of the damage.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-8 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

I only replace items if they’re faulty or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please email me at {info@merakijwls.com}
